Our raw extensions can be bleached to 613 color & dyed to any desired color, as this hair is color-friendly.
Shipping Policy: Pre Order Shipping & Processing Please allow up to 72 hours for all orders to process. ID Verification must be completed within 24 hours, if not completed order will be cancelled. (Orders are not processed on on business days after 5 pm, weekends or holidays . Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it is being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order (s) via email. Shipping takes between 5-7 days. If your hair isn’t the right fit, you can send it back as long as: It’s unopened, untouched, and still in the original packaging (yep, just like you received it). You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the hair and give it a quick check, we’ll process your return. Looking to Exchange Instead? Switch it up, boo! If you’d rather exchange your hair for something else (different texture, length, etc.), you can do that too — same rules apply: Hair must be unworn, unwashed, and sealed in original packaging. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. A Few Things to Keep in Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that’s been opened or altered in any way. We love a good install, but once it's out the pack, it's yours. Return shipping costs are on you unless the mix-up was on our end.
