Return & Exchange Policy

we totally get it sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why at Inched by Lo, we’re here to make returns and exchanges as smooth as our bundles.

Need to Return Something?
No worries! If your hair isn’t the right fit, you can send it back as long as:

• It’s unopened, untouched, and still in the original packaging (yep, just like you received it).

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the hair and give it a quick check, we’ll process your return.

Looking to Exchange Instead?
Switch it up, boo! If you’d rather exchange your hair for something else (different texture, length, etc.), you can do that too — same rules apply:

• Hair must be unworn, unwashed, and sealed in original packaging.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that’s been opened or altered in any way. We love a good install, but once it's out the pack, it's yours.

• Return shipping costs are on you unless the mix-up was on our end.
